Bio:

Adam Esten was born into a real estate family, and in turn, has extensive knowledge of the industry whether it be sales, flipping homes, or commercial property ownership. Prior to joining the Gibson Sotheby’s team, Adam worked with other real estate companies, focusing on the marketing of fine homes and estates.

Adam currently lives in Wellesley and is very familiar with the area and real estate market due to the fact that he has had family there for generations. He attended Wayland Academy, and has also lived in Martha’s Vineyard, Weston, and Natick.

In addition to his experience in the real estate industry, Adam graduated cum laude with a Bachelor’s Degree from UMASS Amherst and following that, received a Graduate Certificate from Boston University in publishing. Along with school, Adam worked with the Federal & State government in project and program development and coordination. In the corporate field, he worked as a project manager with a territory covering New England. In this position, he oversaw multiple crews, ensured performance, and constructed and negotiated long term contracts. He also represented the organization at town hearings and public dispute resolution which helped to strengthen his negotiating skills. Another position he held was a consultant for private and nonprofit companies in the areas of business plan development, execution, advertising, and negotiation training. He may also be able to assist with any questions regarding the land surrounding your home as he has a minor in Forestry with a focus on timber stand management and landscape design. Adam has a broad professional background that he can utilize to provide his clients with superior service.

In his spare time, Adam volunteers as a rescue dog rehabilitator and teaches skating & hockey camps which demonstrates his compassion for and his involvement in his community. His life experiences and real estate knowledge are part of what makes him a valuable agent.
