A native of South Boston, Tracey Falcone began her corporate career as a human resources recruiter. After 10 years in this field, Tracey decided to venture out on her own and create her own commercial cleaning business with a partner, a business which is still thriving today.
Tracey's next challenge was attending the Boston Architectural Center. Tracey's passion for architecture and interior design then led her to a career in real estate, where she has the best of both worlds - Tracey is able to fufill her passion by seeing the structure and design of each home and then mastering the challenge of finding each customer to the perfect home.
