Bio:
Nicholas Hanneman was born and raised in colonial Virginia where he cultivated a deep passion for architecture. He went on to embrace this passion at Boston College and the University of Paris, Sorbonne, where he earned a degree in Art History, with an emphasis on architecture, and French. Post-graduation, Nicholas began working in Marketing for an Internet media company and later relocated to Los Angeles. He became the newest member of the Cook + Lewis Group, a subsidiary team of the Keller Williams Beverly Hills office, where he became quite familiar with the Los Angeles luxury market.
Deciding to combine his love of classic architecture with his real estate background, Nicholas returned to Boston and began working for Gibson Sotheby's International Realty as a Sales and Rental agent. Along with his extensive knowledge of Boston's diverse neighborhoods, Nicholas' fresh perspective and vivacious attitude have contributed to his success within the Gibson Sotheby's family. Nicholas' personal investment in his clients' long-term satisfaction is reflected in multiple client referrals and repeat business. Moreover, it is his understanding of his clients' needs and his passion for the industry that has allowed Nicholas to successfully match his clients with extraordinary properties throughout Boston.
