Bio:
Tracee Hynes is a residential agent in our Back Bay office and has been working in the real estate industry for over 14 years. She has lived in the city of Boston for over 8 years.
She began her career in the real estate tax consulting industry in 1992 researching and monitoring commercial, industrial and office building sales and property assessments. During that period of almost 11 years she spent time with such affiliations as New England Women in Real Estate (NEWIRE), Builders, Owners, Managers, Association (BOMA), and National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
Tracee then moved to the largest independent commercial brokerage firm in Boston where she worked under the direction of the Executive Director working with buyers, sellers and investors on commercial real estate transactions.
Tracee is a member of Neighborhood of the Back Bay, is a supporter for the Esplanade Association and is also the co-secretary for the Wampatuck Elementary School PTO where her two children attend school.
