Bio:
Paul joined the Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty team with over 13 years of property investment experience. His thorough background makes him more than qualified although this does not get in the way of his personal drive to continue to gain more knowledge and strive for more success than he has already achieved.
Paul earned his Bachelors in Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and went on to receive his Masters certificate in Project Management from George Washington University. Paul continued in his professional achievement becoming a certified negotiation specialist, and a certified buyer representative. He is trained in 1031 exchange and has his relocation certification for buyers and sellers. Paul was also a member of the CBRB Sterling Club which requires members to be in the top 3% of agents in closed transactions. In 2006, Paul was recognized as a Diamond Society member. He is a Licensed Real Estate Sales Agent in Massachusetts and was previously licensed as a S.E.C. stock broker.
Paul’s personal approach to real estate is ‘whether you are buying or selling you can count on a level of service that goes beyond your expectations. I’ll get to know exactly what your goals are, and will develop a plan to get you there. Its important to me to make your experience easy, satisfying, and stress free.’ Paul is known for his incredible ability to work with people along with his attention to detail and organization skills which make the process of buying/selling a home seem almost simple to his clients. These qualities led to Paul being made Associate Director of Sales in 2008.
Paul is an active member in the community, he is involved in HomeStart, Center for Family Connections, South End’s Rutland Square Neighborhood Association and Community Servings.
