Ann Leddy is an experienced real estate professional with Gibson Sotheby's International Realty, and an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) with an extensive knowledge of Boston and the western suburbs. Ann received a bachelor's degree in economics from McGill University in Montreal. She worked in sales at E.F. Hutton & Co. in Boston's Financial District and obtained both the Series 7 and 63 licenses as a stockbroker. She then transferred to Manhattan, where she worked on the company's trading desk, and later as a trader on the Boston Stock Exchange. Her expertise in sales and trading in the financial industry have proven valuable in the real estate negotiations of her client's most valuable asset - their home.

Ann also has a certificate in residential and commercial interior design. Having overseen new construction and several complete renovations of her own homes, she understands the entire process; from the architectural design to the choice and placement of furniture. She has a wealth of ideas to effectively showcase and market your home. Ann can offer home owners suggestions in the staging of their home to play up the home's best features, ultimately enhancing a home's attractiveness and its perceived value. Also, by providing a potential buyer with ideas for the re purposing and redecorating of a home, she can give clients a clearer vision of the home's full potential.
