Bio:
Ken Smith’s energy and dynamic leadership abilities have taken him from opening and managing several restaurant chains in Rhode Island where he controlled a staff of 250 employees, to booking national recording artists for live entertainment, to his current position as a sales agent with Gibson Sotheby's International Realty.
With great organizational skills and natural charisma, in seven years Ken has become a sales leader. Ken and his partner, Mary Kelleher, are actively involved in each step of the development process: from acquisition of the site, to architectural layouts, to the finish packages. His hands-on approach and ability to work with developers and architects have won him loyalties and the distinction of being exclusive marketing agent for several large pre-construction condominium developments South Boston and the South End.
When he isn’t working, Ken enjoys volunteering with Project Place and the South End Little League. Currently he is on the Dinnerfest Committee, a fundraiser for the Boston Living Center.
