Paul Gramazio’s real estate experience began when, at 19, he had bought his first property. His interest in architecture has led him into a pattern of buying, developing and selling real estate. Now having practiced the real estate business for over ten years both by owning his own real estate company and currently working for Gibson Sotheby's International Realty, he is among one of the top producers.

Paul specializes in new construction projects where he excels by collaborating with developers on design, space planning and providing essential market information to make these developments a success.
