Bio:

Stephen Dirrane entered the real estate industry in 2004 after working as a designer and builder for 20 years. After beginning at the University of Southern California's Department of Engineering he transferred to the University of California Los Angeles where he remained through Graduate school. After being granted a Technical Associate Teaching position Stephen assisted the legendary Robert Israel in UCLA's design program while achieving his Masters of Fine Arts. Later he was part of a talented production design team that won an Emmy and Cable Ace Award, and, while Technical and Artistic Director of the Celtic Arts Center (LA) won numerous Los Angeles Dramalogue awards. After creating various film, television and print media campaigns for clients like Propaganda Films and Disney, Stephen returned to his native Boston where he began studying and applying his skills towards residential design and mechanical systems.

Stephen still maintains an interest in exploring and building good design and developing Green Technologies. This is helpful to clients when they need dependable local craftspeople for their housing and sustainability needs or just want to understand it better. Though consistently one of the top Gibson Sotheby's Buyer’s Agents in Boston’s MetroWest suburbs, Stephen also lists quality homes throughout the region. With his extensive experience Stephen is able to best prepare both sellers and buyers for the process of marketing or purchasing a property by understanding how to achieve the most beautiful presentation possible.

On a personal level, Stephen’s family hails from the Aran Isles in Ireland, while his wife is from Morocco. Though a former USC and National Junior Olympic athlete, Stephen’s current favorite activity is coaching 2 of his 3 daughters in Lincoln Youth Soccer.
