Susan Eichhorn has joined Gibson Sotheby's International Real Estate after 24 years in real estate.

sales, land development and renovation of commercial properties. Some of her projects include Wildwood Estates, a 64 lot subdivision in Ashland, Massachusetts; Hyde Farms Road subdivision in which she helped design and bought the model home, Rosewood Apartment Complex, Grafton, Massachusetts. In addition to representing Sellers and Buyers, Susan has bought and developed raw land on Winter Street, Ashland and bought and renovated a 6 unit commercial property bringing the unique experience of understanding all sides of a seller and buyers concerns.

Susan resides in Wellesley with her husband John, a pathologist at MGH and children who have attended the Wellesley schools since elementary to high school. She is a licensed sales person and belongs to the Landlord Business Association, Trustees of Reservations, and Massachusetts Association of Realtors. Susan transactions include home sales and rentals in Wellesley, Weston, Westwood, Sherborn, Dover, Newton and surrounding towns since 1986.
