As a certified Realtor ®, Credited Buyer Representative (CBR), and active member of the Greater Boston Association of Realtors (GBAR), Tim continues to expand and diversify his business relationships throughout the city, all while maintaining an active role in the political sphere of real estate.

Born in Cumberland, Maine, Tim now resides in his single family home in Dorchester's Ashmont Hill/Fuller Bailey community with partner Amy Butterworth and their Sussex Spaniels Lilo and Chester. He is the Chairman of the Fuller Bailey Neighborhood Association, on the Board of Directors as well as the Economic Restructuring Committee for Saint Marks Area Main Street (division of Boston Main Street), and an active volunteer with the Boston Promise Non-Profit Basketball Organization. In 2009, Tim was awarded the Main Streets Volunteer of the Year Award by the Department of Neighborhood Development and Mayor Thomas Menino.

A graduate of Brandeis University, Tim uses the same commitment he had in the classroom and on the Judges' basketball court to maintain a trustworthy and accomplished name for himself in the Greater Boston real estate market. When not working or volunteering, Tim enjoys hiking (experience includes the West Highland Way, Scotland, Yellowstone NP, Yosemite NP, and Glacier NP, among others), woodworking (actively enrolled in the Eliot School in Jamaica Plain) and spending time with his family.
