Paul McGann, owner and Director of Business Development of Gibson Sotheby's International Realty, has 20 years of experience in building and growing real estate franchises throughout New England.
McGann began his career as a real estate agent in 1987 and after 5 years moved into management. He managed an award-winning, multi-office firm in the Boston area consisting of over 50 agents. In the mid 1990's, McGann joined the Cendant Corporation (now Realogy), the parent company of ERA, Coldwell Banker, Century21 and Sotheby's International Realty, as the Senior Director of Business Development. There he was responsible for expanding the footprint of the Century 21 brand in New England through merger/acquisitions and affiliations of real estate companies. During his 10 years, he was recognized with numerous awards for exceeding sales quota and in 2003, he was awarded international recognition for Franchise Sales Director of the Year within the Cendant Corporation.
A native of Woburn, Massachusetts, McGann also graduated from NortheasternUniversity with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.
