Sharon Mendosa

With a stellar reputation for listing and selling residential real estate in the MetroWest markets, Sharon continues her career at Gibson Sotheby's International Realty. Raised on Cape Cod, Massachusetts, Sharon has been a licensed Real Estate Broker for the past 20 years. Sharon joined Northwest Development LLC in 1997 as Director of Sales and Marketing with responsibility for large sub-divisions in Middlesex County as well as the launching of Quail Ridge Country Club in Acton. In 2004, Sharon joined a local real estate company and she and her partner formed a team that existed until January 2012. During that time, they were the #1 listing and selling team in New England, selling over $1billion in residential real estate. When presented with the opportunity to bring the famed Sotheby's brand to Concord, Sharon enthusiastically made the move and is proud to announce her new position with Sotheby's serving Concord, Carlisle, Acton and surrounding towns. Kevin Balboni

Kevin J. Balboni comes to Gibson Sotheby's International Realty with twenty-six years of sales and marketing experience, the last seven of which have been in the residential real estate market. Kevin completed his primary education in Hollis, NH, going on to Rochester Institute of Technology where he majored in Printing/Business Management.

Upon graduating, Kevin went to work in his family's printing business starting in an entry level sales position. He worked his way up to Vice President of Sales and Marketing, then Senior Vice President of Sales and finally President of the entire company. He effortlessly transitioned into real estate sales seven years ago and hasn't looked back since. Kevin has consistently performed in the top 1% of Massachusetts realtors, earning him President's Club status.

Kevin, along with his wife, moved to the Concord-Carlisle area in 1994, started a family and has become an active member of the community. His professional and civic affiliations include Chelmsford Business Association, Rotary International of Nashua, NH, and International Sterling Society. Kevin is also a frequent contributor to the Concord-Carlisle schools fundraising efforts, the Concord-Carlisle Community Chest, and the Concord Art Society. He is vested in the community both professionally and personally and has a deep appreciation for the quality of life enjoyed here.
