Bio:
Amy is a long time resident of Concord, MA and joins Sotheby’s with a strong entrepreneurial background. She co-founded and ran a start up which produces an equine lameness detection system, as well as two successful strategy consulting firms. She hails originally from Fairfield, CT and has an in depth knowledge of southern New England as well as the Lakes Region of New Hampshire. Amy has substantial international experience, having lived and worked in England and New Zealand. She holds an MBA from London Business School and a BS in Communications from Ithaca College. Prior to founding her companies, she was a management consultant for Oliver, Wyman and Co in London and New York, and Greenwich Associates in Connecticut where she advised clients on wholesale financial services and capital markets issues.
Amy is a member of Technoserve, an NGO that empowers rural entrepreneurs in Africa and Latin America to create sustainable income for their families and communities, and is a Patroness for the Concord Office of the National Charity League, a mother-daughter organization committed to supporting the work of local charities. She is also a member of the National Society of The Colonial Dames of America.
Amy lives in Concord with her two daughters who attend private schools in Groton, MA. She is an avid equestrian having competed at the National Horse Show in New York City and Palm Beach FL.
Amy brings a long history of business success and in particular client management skills along with a thorough knowledge of the communities she serves.
