Ashley Groth has been a real estate sales professional for over 12 years. She attended a private college in Alma, Michigan where she studied International Business, French, German and Sign Language. Ashley started building her extensive knowledge of land when she apprenticed at an environmental firm and subsequently acquired a certification as an environmental/geotechnical drilling consultant.
This professional endeavor boosted her knowledge and understanding of land and resulted positively in her venture into the commercial real estate world. Ashley worked on major real estate projects such as the Detroit Comerica Park and the new Lions Stadium.
Ashley expanded her business to include residential sales after enduring coaching from a real estate sales coach from The Mike Ferry Organization. Mike Ferry was named by the National Association of Realtors as one of the 5 Most Influential People in the Real Estate Industry. Ashley has since been solely focused on helping her clients achieve their real estate goals through her proven methods.
Her track record says it all. In 2010 Ashley sold 123 homes and closed 24 commercial transactions. This year, so far, she has sold 88 homes and closed 9 commercial transactions. Ashley constantly focuses on her clients needs, the market trends and continuously sharpening her skills as an agent through attending conferences throughout the year where she is able to collaborate with the top agents in the nation.
