Our own Joe Schutt has been nominated for GBARs (Greater Boston Association of Realtors) Realtor of the Year Award.
This award is presented annually to one Realtor who demonstrates exemplary civic involvement and professionalism. Members are judged based on volunteer efforts in their respective communities, business accomplishments and service to the Realtor organization on the local, state and national levels during the preceding 16 months.
An official announcement will be made by GBAR Wednesday, September 14th at their annual awards dinner held at the Dedham Country and Polo Club.
Joe was nominated for this prestigious award by an anonymous colleague. He has been recognized as a Top Producer with Gibson Sothebys International Realty 2005 - 2010. He is a member of the Neighborhood Association of Back Bay, Beacon Hill Civic Association and has been involved in numerous charities in the Greater Boston area including the Boston Animal Rescue League and Home Start.
Joes involvement in the REALTOR Association is extensive from GBAR committees to the Board of Directors for the Massachusetts Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Joe is also a graduate of the Massachusetts Association of Realtors Leadership Academy.
