South End, Back Bay: Eyed for Residential Theme Park?

Live the life you want. This is the key slogan of Boom, developers who transcend the typical notion of a neighborhood with their transcending perspectives, architectural designs and mission. With nine projects throughout the nation as well as a development for Costa Del Sol in Spain, Boom clearly is making strides to influence properties near and far. The primary population that Boom envisions living in their neighborhoods are those who truly want to become part of something magnificent. People over the age of forty, families, young professionals, and the LGBT community are just some of the groups who would love to call these developments home.

The most exciting news is that now Boom hopes to build a new distinct neighborhood in Boston! Bostons South End, Back Bay and Jamaica Plain neighborhoods are the ones that Boom has envisioned would be ideal for this project. People with a sense of non-discrimination and personal empowerment will call this future area home, one that will utilize the latest in green technology when creating its buildings and unique public spaces.

As much of these areas of Boston are already developed, Boom has hinted that they may redevelop an existing property if they do not build on a completely vacant site. These and additional announcements are expected to come from Boom within the next month and once the public learns more about these developers and their vision, it is something that will get Boston incredibly excited about.
