Boston Magazine recently came out with a study of various towns in and around Boston known as the Swanky Town Smackdown. Concord took the prize for having the best School system especially due to the towns exceptional test score averages, among other things. Concord also won the prize for having the best Main Street/Town Center Cuteness Rating with a 10/10 score for Monument Square and the Colonial buildings housing lovely boutiques under classy awnings.
Concord was also high in the rankings for its green spaces, boutiques and restaurants. All of these and other factors not studied are perfect reasons for this town being by far one of the most desirable neighborhoods to live in both in the state and nationwide.
