South End Baseball is such a fantastic cause where if you are between the ages of 4 and 18 you are more than welcome to register to participate in the softball and baseball festivities. According to South End Baseball, no cuts are ever made and no fees are ever charged. The greater meaning of this cause is clearly evident. This year marks the 25th year of this cause which stresses the importance of commitment, fair play and teamwork amongst all of the passionate youth.
Now, on Friday November 9th from 5:30PM until 9:00PM at Cleary's Pub at the corner of Dartmouth Street and Columbus Avenue, there will be the 2nd Annual Paul Rinkulis Memorial Fundraiser. Gibson Sothebys International Realtys ownBrian Back andBrian Perry are two long time supporters of South End Baseball who truly know just how much of a difference their efforts and the efforts of the whole organization make in the lives of the young Bostonians involved. Several other local businesses have contributed to support South End Baseball and some even sponsor teams. As Brian Perry said, South End Baseball is really one of the highlights of summer in the South End. It really brings everyone in the neighborhood together and it is always a blast.
This lovely occasion will have an open bar until 7:00PM and there will also be a live auction of sports tickets and various memorabilia that will certainly excite those in attendance. Donations will be broken up into various categories that highlight the different levels for financial contributions that individuals and/or organizations have made. The donation levels are as follows:
