A 25-year master franchise agreement with Prime Realty Ltd was reached which as a result will see the Sothebys brand grow and thrive all throughout the United Arab Emirates. The first office, which is expected to open for business next month in November of 2013, will be located at Emaar Boulevard Plaza, Tower One, Suite 2601, right next to the Burj Khalifa in Dubai; the worlds tallest building.
To be conducting their business as Dubai Sothebys International Realty, the establishment of this firm is ideal given the countless amount of development that is occurring in this part of the world.
