Another powerful Boston real estate agent has joined Gibson Sothebys International Realty. Toni Gilardi, the former owner of Elite Boston Landmark Realty for 31 years, consistently ranks as one of the top agents in the historic North End/ Waterfront. As part of Gibson Sothebys International Realty, Toni and her team will continue to cater to the individual needs of each client and provide white glove service for which the Sothebys brand is known. A native of Bostons North End neighborhood, Toni has been a community fixture for decades.
Gibson Sothebys International Realty has moved into the former Elite Boston Landmark Realty office space at 350 Commercial Street. Located conveniently on Bostons Historic Freedom Trail, the Gibson Sothebys International Realtys Waterfront office will take full advantage of this new, visible space located directly across from Battery Wharf.
Toni has given us the opportunity to continue her legacy within the Gibson Sothebys International Realty Family. We are thrilled to be associated with the former members of Elite Boston Landmark Realty moving forward. We look forward to furthering their success as top-producers in Boston and thus strengthening our presence in the Waterfront, said Larry Rideout, Gibson Sothebys International Realty CEO.
This roll-in continues the dramatic growth that Gibson Sothebys International Realty has seen over the past 12 months, which started with the addition of one of Bostons top producing agents, Michael Carucci. Additionally Gibson Sothebys International Realty opened a brand new office this past May in Cambridge, where they added several well-known agents to their team. Lastly, the firm is in the process of doubling the size of its Back Bay office located at the corner of Newbury and Dartmouth Streets.
Gibson Sothebys International Realty is expecting to see this growth continue into the New Year.
