Gibson Sothebys International Realty closed another consecutive record-breaking year, exceeding $1.7 billion in sales. The 200-agent firm is now ranked #3 in the state of Massachusetts.

From 2007 to 2012, Gibson Sothebys International Realtys annual sales grew from $464 million to $776 million, and then to over $1.5 billion in 2017, with an additional $200 million private sales last year.
Under newly appointed Chief Executive Officer, Colleen Barry, Chief Operating Officer, Jeff Tarczali, and Chief Accounting Officer, Robyn Grandolfi, Gibson Sothebys International Realty has taken major strides in 2017 to innovate. They implemented a paperless management system and renovated and expanded their offices.

In addition to a number of significant sales in Boston and Cambridge, Gibson Sothebys International Realty had its best year yet in referrals, completing over 500 referral transactions throughout the United States and across the globe.
