Gibson Sothebys International Realty Sets 2018 South End Record

South Endchurchredevelopment records the two highest condominium sales thus far in 2018.

Brian Perry of Gibson Sothebys International Realty successfully marketed and sold all of the residences at the W. Concord Street BaptistChurchredevelopment. The final townhouse style unit closed today for $5,125,000. Perry beat his own record for the neighborhood's highest condominium sale in 2018.
