The union extends Gibson Sothebys International Realtys reach south into Barnstable County and adds six new offices to the Boston-headquartered brokerage. The company will now work within a network of over 300 agents across a total of 17 offices throughout Eastern Massachusetts.
We are thrilled to add this group to our organization as part of our long-term strategy of integrating the Cape Cod-area markets with Greater Boston, added Paul McGann, president and co-owner of Gibson Sothebys International Realty. Joining forces with oldCape Sothebys International Realty allows us to satisfy a substantial market need for additional locations to effectively serve our client base. Our vision is to enable our agents to provide improved progression of service as our clients move from Greater Boston to Cape Cod and beyond.
Our companies have both built people-first company cultures, commented Larry Rideout, chairman and co-owner of Gibson Sothebys International Realty. oldCape cares deeply for their agents and treats them as family, which is exactly how we have always been.
