What inspired you to officially launch Benoit | Robinson | O'Rourke? What does this partnership mean for your clients?

Debi Benoit has been the #1 broker in Wellesley for fifteen consecutive years, continuously raising the bar in real estate. Under Debis mentorship and guidance for the past ten years, Chelsea Robinsonand Lara O'Rourke have become successful power brokers in their own right. Officially formalizing the team was the smart and logical next step in cementing our relationship and power trio. We are proud to share that we closed nearly $220 million in sales and achieved the highest MLS sale price in Wellesley in 2020!

How have you kept up with the increased demand for single-family homes in the suburban market?

Our job is to know the inventory. This is extremely important in a low inventory market or in any market for that matter. We make sure our clients have the information they need, and we are instantaneous in responding to our clients. Every second counts!

What do you love most about where you live and work?

We are so fortunate to work in a town as picturesque as Wellesley. It is an honor to be able to articulate to our clients how magical Wellesley is: from the top-notch schools, gorgeous neighborhoods, conservation areas, vibrant town center and close proximity to Boston. We feel lucky to be able to drive up and down the streets of Wellesley and point out the beautiful architecture to our clients, show them that each neighborhood has its own personality and help them experience Wellesley as we all have. Its easy to sell in a town we all love so much. We especially enjoy seeing our clients out and about around town and love how happy they are when we bump into them.Wellesley is tried and true.
