Paul McCormick, a sales associate with Gibson Sotheby's International Realty in Chatham, was honored with a Significant Sale award for his sale of 72 Sea Mist Lane in Chatham, Massachusetts for $5,995,000, marking the highest sale price to date in South Chatham.
