Daphna Fields, Vice President of Brokerage Development at Gibson Sotheby's International Realty, is a real estate executive with more than two decades of experience cultivating talent, maximizing profits, and managing high-volume, multi-region organizations.

Having experienced many types of economies, Daphna gives the firm’s agents the mentorship they deserve as the leading professionals in the marketplace. She works one-on-one with each member of the sales team to carve new paths for driving sales volume and productivity, and collaborates with other departments to help agents benefit from the company’s entire value proposition.

Daphna began her career in 2000 as an award-winning sales associate at DeWolfe Real Estate and Coldwell Banker. In 2006, she ascended to management roles at the firm’s Waltham and Jamaica Plain offices, which she led to #1 in “per person productivity” and #10 in closed units nationally, and where she was named to the prestigious NRT President’s Council. Immediately prior to joining Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty, Daphna served as Regional Vice President of Southern Massachusetts and Rhode Island at Coldwell Banker New England, where she oversaw sales and operations of 23 offices, 16 managers, 30 administrators, and 1,000 sales agents. Over the years, she has helped launch and grow the careers of hundreds of realtors and leaders, many of whom are national award winners.

Daphna is the Chair of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board’s Government Affairs Committee. She has served as a Board of Directors member of the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS®, National Association of REALTORS®, and the NAR® Large Residential Firms Forum. She is a graduate of Ascend, an intensive 46-week executive leadership program offered by Realogy (now Anywhere), and is involved in various industry organizations at the national, state, and local levels.

Fluent in Hebrew and Italian, Daphna has lived in Ghana, Italy, Israel, and New York City and holds a bachelor’s degree from Fordham University and a master’s degree from Brandeis University. Daphna has called Massachusetts home since 1988 and currently resides in Needham with her husband, Michael, with whom she is a proud parent of a daughter and son.
