A seasoned marketing leader and brand strategist, Jeni Pardo de Zela serves as Chief Marketing Officer for Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty, where she leads the in-house team of marketing professionals who produce world-class campaigns, advertising, communications and design. Poised at the edge of the industry’s adoption of digital marketing, Jeni works directly with the brokerage’s agents, strategizing and developing custom marketing plans for their businesses and their properties.

In her prior role as Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer of Mott & Chace Sotheby's International Realty, Jeni Pardo de Zela was the architect of the firm’s marketing and communications platforms, as well as responsible for executing strategic growth objectives.

For nearly 15 years, Jeni has been considered a trailblazer in luxury real estate. During her tenure at Mott & Chace Sotheby's International Realty, she helped the brokerage grow its market share by 90% and was the steward of the company’s brand identity across all touchpoints, overseeing a cohesive marketing plan across seven offices. Dedicated to driving the success of more than 125 agents, Jeni pioneered MCSIR University, an in-house educational intensive designed to help agents leverage everything from CRM best practices and SOI marketing to social media engagement and cybersecurity. She is a master of developing social media strategies, educating new agents on sophisticated brand tools and technologies, and establishing a powerful brand voice.

Born and raised in the Chicago suburbs, Jeni heeded the Ocean State’s call when she earned a B.A. from the University of Rhode Island—she remains a fervent Rams fan to this day! With an unquenchable curiosity and eagerness to learn, Jeni is a graduate of Ascend, a comprehensive 46-week executive leadership program offered by Realogy, and is a certified Ninja Selling Leader. She is a familiar face at leading industry conferences where she speaks primarily on marketing, technology, and innovation.
