Before entering the real estate industry, Joe practiced as a clinical social worker specializing in couples counseling, addiction, crisis, and sexual identity. He subsequently launched his career as a developer in Provincetown, honing his invaluable knowledge of the Outer Cape market and the unique issues involved in property renovation, construction, zoning, conversion and development projects. He expertly guides buyers through a stress-free home search and positions sellers to obtain the highest profit for their home. His empathy and excellent listening skills have earned him the respect of his clients and colleagues.

Joe is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative® who specializes in helping second home buyers find their dream homes on Cape Cod. Committed to upholding the highest standards of ethics and professionalism, Joe is extensively involved in various industry organizations including the Cape Cod and Islands Association of REALTORS® and Massachusetts Association of REALTORS®. He proudly supports the Provincetown Soup Kitchen, Provincetown Art Association and Museum, Pilgrim Monument and Museum, and Boston College.

Joe has served as a member of the Provincetown Planning Board and Board of Health, equipping him with invaluable knowledge of how the town works to his clients’ benefit. He holds a BA in Philosophy from Boston College and an MSW in marriage and family counseling from Catholic University and studied master’s level Theology at the Washington Theological Union.
