As an Arlington resident, real estate investor, and landlord, Jon offers a unique perspective to local homeowners who are considering selling or renting. He enjoys building long-lasting relationships with clients, and relishes the opportunity to help them with a variety of transactions. Jon leverages his skills in marketing, price positioning, and listing preparation to assist clients with residential sales and rentals, as well as commercial transactions. Jon’s professionalism, organization, and clear communication keep his clients coming back year after year.
Jon is appreciative of the welcoming community feel that the Boston Suburb of Arlington provides, and enjoys the unique benefits of its multicultural population. The city’s mix of walkable, vibrant business districts with abundant access to nature were a draw for Jon and his family. Jon is an active member of the local community, serving a term on the Arlington Historic Districts Commission, and maintaining active membership at the Mystic Valley Lodge as a Massachusetts Freemason. Jon gives a portion of each commission to local charities, including Arlington Eats and the Arlington Council on Aging, and is a regular donor to the Thompson Elementary School Parent-Teacher Organization. Jon enjoys spending time with his young family and walking their beagle along the Mystic River and Alewife Brook. He has continued to pursue music throughout his life, learning to play the pipe organ in addition to the occasional electric bass gig.
