From there he received an Associate's Degree from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. Joe has spent his professional life in the hospitality industry focused on excellent customer service and exceeding the expectations of those around him. Currently, Joe is a Member of the Board of Directors of the Orleans Chamber of Commerce and is Vice-Chair of the Orleans Board of Health.
