Joe Marini is the hub for everything real estate. In 2016, Joe partnered with his father to construct a Nantucket-style estate in The Cliffs, a private beach community in West Falmouth. Joe's sculpted ingenuity and comprehensive marketing attracted an appreciative family that marked his first local record-breaking sale.

Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, Joe mainly focused on his community through medicine and research. His favorite medical organizations include the Carroll Center for the Blind, Harvard Medical School, Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary, and Joslin Diabetes Center. Joe's former professional roles include a student doctor, published researcher and volunteer for the blind. Additionally, Joe pursued studies in real estate and business at the Isenberg School of Management with the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Commonwealth Honors College. His integrity, attentiveness, and detail-oriented service for his clients are deeply influenced by his forever grateful medical and research experiences.

Today, Joe continues his interests in medicine and academia by representing over 50,000 square feet of medical office space and advising students with the Isenberg Real Estate Association. Joe consults some of Greater Boston's largest real estate developers on early process decisions, market trends, and acquisitions for multi-unit residential developments. Commercial real estate is an area Joe enjoys for gaining a bird's eye view on the rapidly evolving, multi-dimensional real estate market.

Joe's greatest passion is helping people with their various residential real estate needs. Whether for a family looking to move out of state or a seller looking to sell the town's highest-priced home, Joe has proven to exceed the standard of luxury brokerage services. His intrinsic passion for real estate motivates first-time homebuyers to purchase one or more homes with a ubiquitous rental mindset. Joe's most recent demonstration of taking over a poorly performing multi-million dollar listing from another seller's agent and completely reversing the course further illustrates his strong level of expertise.

Joe's favorite free time pursuits include paddle boarding, swimming, reading, and photography.
