Kaitlin Perrelly is an invaluable asset to her clients, offering an exceptional ability to help successfully achieve their unique real estate goals. Kaitlin spent nearly a decade on an esteemed top-producing team, during which time she impressively helped oversee more than 400 transactions, closing over $300 Million in sales volume.

An investment property owner herself, Kaitlin has extensive personal experience in real estate investment and development in the Boston area. She has a gift for interior design, a love of architecture, and has designed multiple properties. Kaitlin genuinely enjoys putting her experience to work on behalf of her clients.

Born and raised in New Jersey, (by a real estate photographer, no less), Kaitlin attended Northeastern University, graduating Summa Cum Laude with two Bachelors of Science degrees in Criminal Justice and Psychology. Smitten with travel, Kaitlin has visited over 50 countries…so far. She currently lives in Brookline's Washington Square neighborhood with her husband and their beloved cat Stella.
