Kelly Pieper is a highly resourceful veteran of the Boston and NYC real estate industry. She has earned a respected reputation among clients, managers, and colleagues alike for her in-depth marketplace knowledge, exceptional communication skills, natural curiosity, and people-focused nature, which have allowed her to build solid and long-lasting relationships with clients and real estate professionals. 

Kelly embarked on her professional journey after completing her bachelor's degree in history and political science at Boston University. Her real estate career commenced in Boston under the mentorship of top-producing agents at RM Bradley. Later, she brought her talents to New York City, where she made significant contributions at Douglas Elliman, Urban Compass (as one of their initial hires), and William Ravels, specializing in luxury sales and working with many distinguished clientele — closing a deal with her personal hero Gloria Steinem. Notably, Kelly also lent her expertise to the Elliot Spitzer family portfolio in Manhattan. Demonstrating her entrepreneurial spirit, she founded K. Pieper Consulting, where she served as a relocation and real estate consultant to over twenty Fortune 500 companies. 

Recently, Kelly led Strategic Growth for Greater Boston and Cape Cod at Compass. Before that, she was the Regional Manager for Berkshire Hathaway Robert Paul. She holds broker licenses in Massachusetts and New York and furthered her education at the Schack Institute of Real Estate at New York University.

Kelly resides in Back Bay with her 17-year-old daughter, who attends St. Mark's School, and her partner, a Principal Trader at Man Group.
