Kevin Thomas was born and raised on the North Shore of Massachusetts. A history major successfully graduating from the University of Massachusetts, it has always been his dream to use his expertise in research to help others. In fact, he also even graduated with a 3 year degree in Interior Design from Chamberlayne Jr. College. Kevin went on to careers both in the airline industry as well as flourishing as an interior designer for over twenty years by working on hundreds of projects throughout New England with builders, architects, and homeowners. The latter still to this day gives Kevin a unique advantage over his competition in the field of real estate and has seen him most recently published in a feature of Design New England Magazine in the May/June issue of 2013.. From being able to envision endless possibilities within a home, to literally helping his clients see the potential that their investment will have, his designer's perspective to the process of searching for, marketing and selling a home assists buyers in finding their dream property. Now having lived in the South End as well as Beacon Hill for over twenty years, Kevin has a distinct knowledge of the market in Greater Boston. As an extremely organized and focused individual with a strong work ethic, Kevin prides himself on his listening skills allowing his clients to express their needs so that he can consistently provide excellent personal service. With the backing of the global Sotheby's brand, Kevin is more than qualified and able to market a property to the widest web and in the best fashion possible. In his spare time, Kevin is a frequent contributor to the American Cancer Society, the Make-a-Wish Foundation, and MSPCA. An avid tennis player and self-proclaimed dog lover, Kevin has a passion for travelling and has extensively toured countries in Europe in particular while he is also proficient in the Spanish language.
