Kim came to real estate in 2017 after the successful sale of her own home. During the five years she lived in her first home, she discovered her passion for the industry and closely studied the market and the asking and sale prices of homes in the local neighborhood. When it was time to list her property, she was ready. The first day on market, she received multiple offers and sold it for more than 100% of her purchase price.

She is a graduate of Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School and holds a bachelor's degree from Kenyon College, and a master's degree from Boston University. She is a certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), and member of the Cape Cod and Islands Association of  REALTORS®.

Kim and her husband have resided in the town of Weston for twenty years, where they raised their three children. You can often find Kim exploring the local conservation trails with her golden retriever, trying new cuisine, and capturing life’s moments through photography.
