Raised in the suburbs of Pittsburgh, Kristen Raye is a consummate real estate professional who places the utmost importance on trust, honesty, and integrity when working with buyers and sellers. Kristen has always placed quality over quantity during her years in the real estate industry and feels strongly about providing her clients with the time and attention they deserve to ensure a seamless buying and selling process.

Kristen earned her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Dayton, Ohio in 1995. After graduating, she moved to Cape Cod, met her husband, Will, and together they purchased their first home in Harwich in 2001. Their own home buying experience inspired both Kristen and Will to pursue the real estate business, and they have worked together for over 20 years! Kristen has also spent many years as a lead teacher in a preschool classroom, where she shares her joys of learning and teaching with three and four year old students.

Kristen and Will have two children, Ella and Jack, who are graduates of the Nauset and Monomoy school districts, respectively.  Both are off at college and paving their own paths!  Thanks to the family dogs, Foenix and Chloe, the nest isn’t quite empty. Kristen and Will enjoy taking long walks with the dogs, and the whole family loves heading out on the boat to go fishing.
