After earning her Bachelor's degree from the College of the Holy Cross, Mary moved to New York City, obtained her real estate license, and joined the prestigious Corcoran Group as an agent. After gaining a few years of experience in Manhattan real estate, Mary moved back to Boston and furthered her career in the luxury real estate market, working out of Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty’s Back Bay office. A recent move back to her hometown of Hingham, Massachusetts reinvigorated her appreciation for a sense of community, family-friendly atmosphere, exceptional school systems, and proximity to both the ocean and city. Today, backed by more than a decade in the industry, Mary offers unmatched insight into the Boston and South Shore markets and seamlessly guides her clients as they transition between the city and the suburbs. 

Mary is a natural perfectionist whose driven nature has allowed her to achieve several complex transactions, including a flip project in Beacon Hill, the sale of a Back Bay condo at a higher price point within just two months of its purchase, and the highest price per square foot sale in a large South Boston building. She has built her business on a robust referral and repeat client base that spans from first time buyers to seasoned sellers to luxury investors. Mary’s expertise in renovations, staging and design enable her to expertly enhance a property’s value and appeal, and she never fails to accomplish every task while remaining responsive and attentive to her clients’ needs.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Mary is actively involved in her local community and proudly contributes to Rosie’s Place, a local women’s shelter and community center. In addition to renovating and decorating her home, Mary enjoys running, exploring nearby beaches, and spending time with her husband, son, and beloved Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Rosie.
