Michelle Pelletier has been a member of the Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty Team for nearly a decade. During her tenure, she has seen the company more than triple in size, from seven offices to twenty-five today, spanning across Eastern Massachusetts. After joining the team as an office administrator, Michelle has contributed to the company’s success in many capacities, including marketing, project management, and operations. Today, as Chief Operating Officer, Michelle focuses on overseeing all of the large-scale company operations, staffing, facilities, and planning. Michelle enjoys the collaborative culture at Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty and thrives in providing support for the entire team. She prides herself on being a team player and measures her success on the happiness, success, and growth of her colleagues.

Michelle is a Bridgewater State University graduate with a major in Business Management and a minor in Marketing. She currently resides in Wakefield with her husband and can be found most often spending time with her family and two nephews.
